The problem occurred when a default form version was not properly set and then the user generating the new trip just took the defaults when the Forms Version Window popped-up. Please make sure to know the correct form versions the Observer used on the trip, before generating a new trip, and then check that each form version in the list is selected properly before clicking the Set Vers button. If problems arise, please contact Karen on her cell 808-256-7483. |
